1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the ExamPass app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ExamPass for private educational purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing exam questions
• Using automated tools to extract questions (scraping, bots, scripts)
• Reverse engineering the application
• Sharing your account with third parties
• Using the app for commercial purposes without express authorization

3. Content

The questions, explanations, and other content in ExamPass are the exclusive property of ExamPass, unless otherwise indicated. Content is provided solely for LPI certification exam preparation purposes and does not constitute official LPI material.

ExamPass is not affiliated with LPI (Linux Professional Institute).

4. Purchases and payments

Exams are sold as one-time purchases (non-consumables). If purchased through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), payment, refund, and billing are governed by Apple's and Google's respective policies.

Exams purchased directly on this website are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. For website purchases, refund requests may be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

AI explanation credit packs (consumables) are also processed through the stores or, when purchased on the website, through Stripe, and are non-refundable after use.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate the service at any time, notifying users with reasonable advance notice.

6. Limitation of liability

ExamPass is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that use of the app will result in passing certification exams. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the user's jurisdiction. For users in Brazil, São Paulo courts have jurisdiction.
